Latent is an enterprise pharmacy intelligence platform using clinical AI to streamline prior authorizations, appeals, and 340B compliance for health systems. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own critical product initiatives from strategy through execution. You'll work closely with engineering, design, GTM, and customers to identify high-impact problems in healthcare operations and deliver scalable solutions for large health systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product plans, requirements, and deliverables
- Own product outcomes and metrics for your areas of the platform
- Work directly with healthcare customers to understand clinical workflows and operational challenges
- Conduct user interviews and synthesize feedback into actionable product insights
- Balance customer input with long-term vision and strategic priorities
- Partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to build and ship products quickly
- Write clear product specs and make trade-offs to unblock development
- Drive projects from concept through launch and iteration
- Define success metrics and run experiments to measure product performance
- Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve features and workflows

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in product management (or equivalent in engineering, product strategy, or a related field) building enterprise SaaS, AI/automation, or complex workflow products
- Track record of taking a product area from strategy and discovery through launch and measurable outcomes; experience with 0→1 opportunities especially valued
- Skilled at embedding with users, running discovery, and translating insights into practical solutions
- Thrives in cross-functional environments; builds strong working relationships across engineering, design, GTM, and leadership
- Communicates complex problems and trade-offs clearly to both technical and business audiences
- Comfortable digging in with engineering on APIs, integrations, system design, and AI-powered workflows
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — adaptable, high-ownership, and able to maintain momentum through change
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with AI-powered or data-driven products
- Familiarity with healthcare, EHRs, or clinical systems
- Background in startups or high-growth environments
- Experience building products for operational or workflow-driven use cases
- 0-to-1 product development experience
- Comfort with data and developer tooling: SQL, AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor), and design tools (e.g., Figma)
