Juro is a legal tech platform building the go-to solution for contract agreement and management globally. The company is capitalizing on the rise of legal tech automation, with Goldman Sachs estimating 44% of legal tasks can be automated with generative AI.
As Senior Product Manager, you'll own the contract workflow product area—the most ambitious part of Juro's roadmap. Your focus is on the pre-signature phase: multiple parties, legal documents, opposing interests, and the redlining process that most companies still run through email. This is where contracting gets genuinely hard, and you'll be responsible for making it delightful.
Key responsibilities include:
- Shipping against the contract workflow roadmap in your first weeks
- Conducting rapid customer discovery; talking directly to customers and prospects to form your own view of jobs to be done
- Owning the AI review system—a deep agentic system with evals, flows, and failure modes that spans your team and the Agentic team
- Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and GTM to build products people enjoy using
- Measuring outcomes honestly and iterating or pivoting when necessary
Success in six months means customers unprompted saying contracting in Juro is more delightful and reaching for it instead of Word.
You thrive in this role if you've landed in unfamiliar domains and made judgment calls within weeks, owned complex multi-quarter initiatives from discovery through launch, worked shoulder-to-shoulder with GTM and engineering, understand how agentic loops work, run your own discovery, and ship ideas without waiting for permission. Bonus experience includes owning agentic system quality in production or legal tech/contracting background.
The company operates a choice-first work approach, allowing fully remote work from day one even if near the London office. Reporting to Keith Reid, Head of Product. Interviews total ~3 hours across 3 stages over 2-3 weeks.
