Greenlight is a family technology company building financial tools and safety features for modern families. The company serves 6.5+ million family members through its suite of products: the Greenlight app, debit card, Safe Family GPS trackers, and Family Hub.
As Senior Product Manager, you will own a product vertical within Greenlight's platform, working in a dedicated cross-functional pod with Engineering and Design. You'll partner closely with Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Data, Customer Support, and consumer product teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Engineering and Design to build great product experiences
- Gathering requirements from key stakeholders and keeping teams aligned on progress
- Owning core metrics for your product area and ensuring reliability
- Building long-term strategy for your product vertical and driving key projects independently end-to-end
- Navigating complex stakeholder environments (Risk, Legal, Compliance, Payments) and moving fast within constraints
- Communicating clearly with executives and across functions, proactively identifying gaps and proposing solutions

Requirements:
- 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building platform products
- Ability to build long-term strategy and drive projects independently end-to-end
- Strong cross-functional instincts and experience navigating Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Payments stakeholders
- Executive presence with clear communication skills and ability to adapt messaging to audience
- Proactive ownership mentality; comfortable figuring things out without a playbook
- Comfort with urgency and scrappiness in high-growth environments
Good to have:
- Fintech experience or familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) and authentication standards
