Fun is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own complex, high-impact product initiatives and translate product strategy into shipped outcomes. This is a senior individual-contributor role where you will own major initiatives end-to-end: from problem framing and developing a point of view through requirements, execution, product QA, launch, measurement, and iteration. You will work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Payments, and Data teams to keep the roadmap moving and ensure the final product delivers intended user and business outcomes. The experiences you build sit on top of complicated systems—users move money across countries, currencies, assets, payment methods, wallets, and account types, often without understanding the infrastructure beneath them. Your job is to make those journeys feel simple, trustworthy, and obvious while accounting for edge cases, dependencies, and failure states that make financial products difficult to build well. The ideal candidate combines product judgment with real technical depth. You should be comfortable moving between user experience and the systems beneath it—going deep with engineers on APIs, data flows, system states, constraints, and tradeoffs without losing sight of what the product should feel like for users. You have an exceptionally high quality bar and notice the awkward copy, missing state, brittle edge case, incorrect spacing, inconsistent interaction, incomplete instrumentation, and unclear handoff that others miss. You stay with the work until the entire experience holds together. Required: 5+ years of product management experience owning complex products or major initiatives; experience building fintech, payments, banking, investing, or crypto products; track record of taking products from problem definition through launch and iteration; exceptional product judgment and unusually high bar for quality and detail; strong technical fluency across APIs, data flows, system states, dependencies, and edge cases; excellent execution across requirements, prioritization, cross-functional coordination, QA, and launch readiness; data fluency including defining success metrics, instrumentation, and turning analysis into decisions; highly autonomous with clear communication across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and leadership. Nice to have: Experience with onboarding, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, payment methods, or wallets; B2B2C or embedded products; hands-on experience with SQL, product analytics, experimentation, APIs, or prototyping; shipping products at scale or working in early-stage organizations.
