Diligent is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and drive a product roadmap within their AI-powered governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) SaaS platform. You will be responsible for identifying market and customer needs, developing product strategy aligned with company vision, and delivering impactful solutions across the Diligent Platform.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing product strategy, owning the product roadmap from ideation through launch, and serving as the voice of the customer within the product team. You will lead cross-functional teams of developers, UX designers, and stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. The role requires deep understanding of functional capabilities, user scenarios, and business value, with accountability for delivering high-quality user experiences across mobile, web, and desktop platforms.
Additional responsibilities encompass creating and maintaining a prioritized backlog of user stories, tracking product performance and user engagement metrics, monitoring the competitive landscape and market trends, and ensuring the product evolves in alignment with organizational strategy. You will develop strong domain expertise and apply problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
Required qualifications include 4+ years of product management experience with predominantly SaaS product background in recent years, 1-3 years of domain and market expertise, and excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong business acumen. You must demonstrate experience writing technical and functional requirements, interacting with stakeholders at all organizational levels, and coordinating with development teams. Experience integrating multiple products and Scrum Product Owner certification are desirable.
