Salary: USD 115,000 - 220,000 / annual
DeepScribe is building AI agents that automate and transform clinical workflows, with a focus on oncology care and expanding into other complex chronic-care specialties. The company is creating an ambient operating system for healthcare—intelligent agents that embed directly into clinical and administrative workflows, from clinical trial matching to revenue cycle automation.
As Senior Product Manager, you will expand the reach and depth of this ambient operating system and build new AI-powered functionality that unlocks additional provider workflows. You'll shape the future of AI-enabled clinical work by driving product strategy, leading execution, and engaging deeply with enterprise customers and EHR partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM teams to build products that improve clinician workflows and the healthcare ecosystem
- Owning outcomes end-to-end: defining product strategy, setting goals, moving key metrics, and delivering measurable business and user impact
- Working closely with complex enterprise customer organizations and EHR partners to co-develop solutions that fit real-world clinical workflows
- Leveraging cutting-edge AI practices and rapidly evolving technologies to build reliable, best-in-class AI agents
- Shaping team culture and execution, building a high-trust, high-ownership squad that learns quickly and ships with excellence
You bring 3+ years of Product Management experience building and shipping AI-powered products in healthcare. You have a proven track record of delivering measurable business and user results—improving engagement, adoption, and revenue through strong product thinking and crisp execution. You are driven to build a successful, scalable business that helps doctors spend more time helping patients.
You are an exceptional communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, effective storytelling ability, and professional presence with customers and partners. You are a strategic and action-oriented decision maker who forms data-backed opinions, actively seeks disconfirming evidence, and drives clarity and momentum in ambiguous spaces. You have technical acumen—comfortable reading AI/ML research, designing agentic system architectures, evaluating model performance, and working closely with engineering and ML teams. You take pride in what you ship, upholding high standards for user experience, design, robustness, and engineering quality.
