Cyolo is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives across their growing cybersecurity platform. This role combines deep product ownership with technical expertise and customer-facing responsibilities, ideal for someone with a strong background in networking and cybersecurity.
You will own product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and requirements definition through execution, delivery, and adoption. Responsibilities include driving inbound and outbound product management activities such as roadmap definition, customer feedback analysis, market understanding, and go-to-market collaboration. You'll translate complex customer and business requirements into clear product specifications including PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
Close collaboration with R&D teams is essential—you'll define solutions, review technical designs, discuss architecture trade-offs, and ensure secure-by-default product decisions. You'll act as a technical product expert during customer engagements, supporting pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, technical discussions, and strategic customer meetings.
Cross-functional collaboration is key: you'll work with Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams to enable customer-facing activities, create technical collateral, and execute successful product launches. You'll create and maintain high-quality technical documentation including solution briefs, use cases, technical specifications, architecture overviews, knowledge base articles, API documentation, and customer-facing materials.
Additional responsibilities include partnering with UX teams on user flows and discovery, identifying opportunities to enhance platform capabilities across multiple cybersecurity domains, leveraging AI tools to improve product workflows and productivity, and managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on business impact and customer value.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Pre-Sales Engineering, Solution Engineering, Network Security Engineering, or similar technical roles. Strong technical background in networking and cybersecurity with hands-on experience in network security technologies, protocols, architectures, and enterprise security solutions. Previous experience supporting pre-sales activities, customer presentations, and technical demonstrations. Strong technical writing skills. Experience with platform products or complex B2B enterprise solutions. Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams about system architecture, APIs, data flows, and technical trade-offs. Broad understanding of multiple cybersecurity domains. Experience leveraging AI tools for research and documentation. Proficiency with Figma, Jira, and product documentation tools. Ability to thrive in fast-growing environments, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly.
Nice-to-have qualifications include previous experience as a Network Security Engineer, Security Architect, or R&D Engineer; experience with ZTNA and IAM technologies; knowledge of AI Security; familiarity with Cyber Physical Systems/OT environments; cloud environment experience (AWS/Azure); and experience with enterprise SaaS or security platforms.
