As Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for a key solution area. You'll develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends, driving the product development process through collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Key responsibilities include:
**Product Strategy & Planning**: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate customer pain points. Prioritize requirements based on customer needs and business objectives. Communicate strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
**Product Development**: Own the roadmap from concept to launch. Define product specifications and collaborate with engineering on delivery. Build user stories with clear context and definition of done. Participate in scrum ceremonies and provide strategic input to engineering planning. Make buy/build/partner decisions and conduct technology assessments.
**Cross-Functional Leadership**: Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative learning environment. Maintain open communication on roadmap changes and progress.
**Data & Performance**: Define and track product success metrics. Analyze customer feedback and user testing data to inform iterations. Perform ROI and cost-of-delay analysis to prioritize features. Work with BI teams to extract product usage statistics and market data.
**Go-to-Market**: Provide input on positioning, messaging, and launch strategies. Collaborate with marketing and sales on collateral and enablement. Drive product adoption and revenue growth.
