Arkestro is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company building a Predictive Procurement Platform that applies AI, game theory, and behavioral science to enterprise negotiations. The platform helps procurement teams move away from reactive supplier bidding toward data-driven offers that reduce friction and accelerate better outcomes for both buyers and suppliers.
As Senior Product Manager, you will lead strategy and end-to-end product delivery for a specific functional area within the Predictive Procurement Platform. You'll own the product roadmap, define clear problem statements, develop innovative solutions, and drive execution in collaboration with engineering and commercial stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define, own, and execute the product roadmap for your functional area
- Engage with customers, prospects, and suppliers to understand needs and translate them into compelling solutions
- Work closely with Data and Engineering teams to drive an efficient R&D process, from leading scrums to coordinating releases
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to maximize product impact
- Identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities for customers using real-time data
- Actively prototype and experiment with AI tools to explore new product possibilities and validate hypotheses
You'll work at the intersection of emerging AI technology and complex procurement processes, thriving in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. You're comfortable getting hands-on with AI—whether prompting, prototyping, or pressure-testing AI-powered features alongside engineering.
Required qualifications: 6-8 years of enterprise SaaS product experience, demonstrated daily use of AI tools (LLMs, prototyping with Claude/GPT, no-code AI), experience with large enterprise customers and complex multi-stakeholder requirements, strong written/oral/visual communication, user-centric mindset, and high-growth startup experience.
The role uses modern tools including Jira, Slack, Miro, Figma, Claude, ChatGPT, NextJS, React, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Intercom, HubSpot, Snowflake, Python, and SQL.
