Bynder is a leading Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform trusted by iconic brands like Spotify, Campari, and Lacoste to serve as their single source of truth for creative content. The company is shifting from traditional asset management to AI-powered content orchestration, enabling enterprises to automate workflows while maintaining brand integrity. You will own the value proposition and strategic direction for Asset Lifecycle Management—the critical domain covering how assets enter, get processed, and move through the Bynder platform at scale. This includes Workspace Batch Uploads and the new Asset & Batch APIs. This is a strategic, outward-facing role where you will be the primary voice for this platform capability with enterprise customers, partners, and system integrators. Key responsibilities include: - Define and continuously refine the business case and customer value proposition for Asset Lifecycle Management, ensuring clarity across customers, partners, and internal stakeholders - Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Workspace Batch Uploads, Asset & Batch APIs, and the broader Asset Lifecycle Management domain, aligning with Bynder's strategic business goals - Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and system integrators to understand ingestion and lifecycle needs, validate direction, and anticipate market demands - Set desired outcomes for ingestion, processing, and lifecycle capabilities, then collaborate closely with architects, technical champions, and engineering teams to translate vision into technical execution - Serve as a credible, confident spokesperson for this platform area in customer conversations, partner discussions, and executive updates - Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, UX, QA, and go-to-market teams to pressure-test direction, surface trade-offs, and deliver cohesive outcomes - Track industry trends and competitive movement in batch ingestion, content operations, and asset lifecycle management to keep the roadmap sharp and differentiated Requirements: - 5+ years in product management with a track record of owning strategy, direction, and roadmaps, and accountability for business outcomes of a product area - Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and partners, and to translate their needs into clear, compelling product narratives - Strong judgment on prioritization, trade-offs, and business impact; ability to build value propositions that resonate with both buyers and end users - Strong communication skills to articulate product vision and value in both business and technical terms to executives, customers, and cross-functional teams - Demonstrated skill in building alignment and influencing without direct authority across architects, engineering, and go-to-market teams; comfort partnering with technical stakeholders (deep technical authorship not required) - Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with experience managing iterative product development cycles - Self-starter with passion for exploring AI tools, staying current on industry developments, and pushing boundaries - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
