Qualified Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the scalability and reusability engine of its AI healthcare platform. You will drive how the platform compounds through core workflow primitives, builder tools, and scaling discipline that transforms one-off customer builds into generalizable platform components. This is a three-part role: (1) identify and productize scalable primitives—triggers, ingestion patterns, extraction steps, review gates, and serving patterns that recur across products—so they are built once, versioned, and reused everywhere; (2) ensure products ship scalable from the start, with generalization requirements set before build and second-customer deployments costing a fraction of the first; (3) drive the builder tools roadmap (Workflow Factory, Assistant Builder, Abstractor Builder) and the runtime underneath, including registries, config-driven backends, and the build-to-production pipeline. You are the scalability partner, not the infrastructure owner. Engineering owns the runtime and architecture; you own the product definition of primitives and the tools that assemble them. Success is measured by reuse: if the second product built on a primitive takes as long as the first, the role has failed. Key responsibilities include owning the roadmap for builder tools and core primitives; building and maintaining the primitive catalog; defining and running the promotion process that turns per-customer builds into reusable components; setting generalization and scalability requirements at the start of every product build; writing complete acceptance criteria before engineering commits; owning product requirements for the workflow registry and build-to-production pipeline; partnering with infrastructure engineering on multi-tenancy, performance, and cost; defining success metrics for reuse and platform leverage; running intake and prioritization for builder tool requests; and navigating healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, data privacy, clinical safety) as first-order product constraints. You will report to the SVP of Product and partner daily with engineering leadership, the Workflow Factory team, the data and analytics product manager, and peer product managers.
