Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead new product development within its AI initiatives, focusing on identity security, authorization, and privileged access management. The role bridges startup velocity with enterprise-grade security thinking, requiring someone who can translate emerging market trends into well-scoped features and ship innovative products while meeting real-world customer requirements at scale. You will drive AI product execution by partnering closely with senior product leadership to move products from concept to launch. Key responsibilities include conducting customer discovery with CISOs, security architects, and compliance teams to validate pain points and opportunities for AI-driven identity security solutions. You'll own individual product initiatives end-to-end, measuring impact through adoption and user success metrics. Cross-functional collaboration is central to the role. You'll work deeply with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver on roadmap commitments. Additionally, you'll contribute to external thought leadership through customer conversations, case studies, and occasional analyst or conference engagement to showcase innovation. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or network security domains. You should have solid familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA). Technical acumen is essential—you'll need to understand modern AI/ML concepts including large language models, multi-agent systems, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol), and be able to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams. You'll demonstrate proven ability to collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals to define and deliver solutions balancing technical viability, scalability, and user experience. A track record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products through the full lifecycle is required. Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products is valued. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value for internal and external audiences. This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Management and requires up to 25% travel.
