Traba is building an AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor and expanding into broader operational workflows. The company has embedded itself deeply in manufacturing and logistics operations, generating proprietary data from millions of shifts and maintaining strong enterprise relationships. Backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst, Traba is now launching an agentic platform that synthesizes marketplace data and operates autonomously within customer supply chain workflows.
You will join as a founding member of the Agents team, reporting directly to the VP of Product. This is a true 0-to-1 product role at the frontier of applied AI. Your core responsibilities include architecting and stewarding product strategy for Traba's AI agent platform, solving complex customer problems by balancing user needs against technical constraints and evolving AI capabilities, and writing detailed product requirements in close partnership with product engineers and ML teams.
You will rapidly validate and prototype ideas alongside customers and design partners, designing agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute meaningful work. You'll define product behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks that improve reliability and performance, using data to uncover patterns and answer key product and system questions. As the AI product portfolio evolves, you'll develop deep understanding of model capabilities and system architecture, visualizing and communicating complex concepts from system behavior to user experiences and business impact.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching products from scratch and driving meaningful customer outcomes. You have shipped customer-facing AI products where systems took meaningful autonomous actions—not just AI features, copilots, chat interfaces, or lightweight LLM integrations. You are a 0-to-1 operator comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and creating structures where no playbook exists. You move quickly in environments where models evolve constantly and assumptions regularly break, understanding the realities of prompt rewrites, model shifts, reliability tradeoffs, and capability cliffs.
You think from first principles, spending equal time on why, how, and what. You believe the best products are built shoulder-to-shoulder with customers and have experience deeply embedding with early customers, understanding workflows firsthand, and shipping based on direct feedback loops. You have strong technical instincts and enjoy getting into details—comfortable operating alongside ML engineers as peers, reading evaluations, reasoning through system performance, and prototyping ideas. You are inventive, scrappy, and collaborative, working seamlessly across engineering, ML, operations, design, leadership, and customers to bring new products to life.
