Traba is building an AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor management and expanding into broader operational workflows. The company has embedded itself deeply in manufacturing and logistics operations, generating proprietary data from millions of shifts and maintaining strong enterprise relationships. Backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst, Traba is now launching an agentic platform that autonomously executes supply chain workflows. As Senior Product Manager for the AI Agents team, you will be a founding member building the next layer of Traba's product—an autonomous agent platform that synthesizes marketplace data and operates inside customer supply chain workflows. This is a true 0-to-1 product role at the frontier of applied AI, comparable to Claude but purpose-built for light industrial businesses. You will embed deeply in customer operations to design and ship production agents that understand context, reason through ambiguity, make decisions, and execute work autonomously. Working directly with founders, product engineers, ML teams, and early design partners, you will define workflows, shape product strategy, and build products while the underlying model ecosystem evolves rapidly. Key responsibilities include architecting product strategy for the AI agent platform, solving complex customer problems by balancing user needs and technical constraints, writing detailed product requirements, rapidly validating ideas with customers, designing agent systems that orchestrate tools and maintain context, defining evaluation systems and quality frameworks, using data to uncover patterns, evolving the AI product portfolio, and communicating complex concepts across all organizational levels. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of product management experience with a proven track record launching products from scratch and driving meaningful customer outcomes. You must have shipped customer-facing AI products where systems took meaningful autonomous actions—not just AI features, copilots, or chat interfaces. You are comfortable in highly ambiguous startup environments, understand AI model capabilities and system architecture, and can operate as a peer alongside ML engineers. You believe in building products shoulder-to-shoulder with customers through embedded product development. You move quickly, embrace ambiguity, and have strong technical instincts without necessarily being an ex-engineer. This role reports directly to the VP of Product.
