Classiq is a quantum software company building tools to transform quantum programming from an art into an engineering discipline. The company is backed by top-tier investors and works with enterprise partners globally.
You will own the product roadmap for Classiq's agentic experience end-to-end—the interface where users move from natural-language problem descriptions to working, executable quantum programs. This is a broad, hands-on ownership role spanning multiple surfaces: the agentic experience itself, the internal harness that drives it, external plugins that expose developer-tool experiences through third-party integrations, and integration with Classiq's core synthesis flow. You will also lead the transition of existing users from the current platform into this new experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the complete product roadmap for the agentic experience, from natural-language input to executable quantum programs
- Defining requirements for the internal harness and external plugins, ensuring consistency across both
- Ensuring seamless integration between the agentic experience and core synthesis flow
- Setting up and owning evaluation frameworks: defining what good agent performance looks like, how to measure it, and feeding results back into roadmap decisions
- Running user discovery and design partner sessions, translating insights into clear requirements and priorities
- Partnering closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to sequence delivery and keep the roadmap grounded in what is shippable
You will work with a world-class team of algorithm designers, physicists, and engineers, and be the person who can articulate the agentic experience, plugin architecture, and the end-to-end user journey from idea to working quantum program.
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years in product management, with AI-powered or agentic products (conversational interfaces, coding agents, LLM-powered developer tools) as a central part of your work from definition through production usage
- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Comfort with agent architectures and protocols (e.g., MCP) and the design tradeoffs between agentic and structured UI experiences
- Experience setting up or working closely with evals, A/B tests, or measurement frameworks for AI product quality
- Strong product judgment: ability to take broad, cross-cutting roadmaps and sequence them into shippable plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to align engineering, design, marketing, and sales stakeholders
- Genuine curiosity and ability to learn new technical domains quickly (no prior quantum computing background required)
Bonus: experience with developer tools, IDEs, plugins, SDK ecosystems, or background/interest in quantum computing.
