Coder is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own Workflows and Integrations, two core product surfaces within Coder Agents. This is a high-impact role where you'll define strategy and vision for nascent product areas and scale them with rigor and momentum.
Workflows is the automation layer for the AI software development lifecycle—enabling teams to turn their daily development work into agent-driven automations. You'll own how users author, reuse, and share these automations across their organizations.
Integrations is the connective tissue connecting Coder Agents to the broader ecosystem. This includes first-party integrations (Slack, Linear), third-party connectors, and the API/auth infrastructure that makes external tools feel native to the product.
You'll own the full product lifecycle from incubation through GA and scale, defining what development work is worth automating first and what it takes for teams to trust agents running work unattended. You'll synthesize customer feedback, market signals, and business data into clear roadmaps and strategy. You'll research customer problems through direct engagement with enterprise accounts and ecosystem analysis, then bring just enough structure to move fast without losing rigor.
You'll lead high-stakes customer conversations including executive roadmap reviews and enterprise stakeholder discussions. You'll collaborate with PMM on licensing, packaging, and pricing decisions. You'll partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship and measure impact. The company runs lean by design, so you'll build judgment rather than bureaucracy.
Required: 5+ years building software products end-to-end with clear customer and business outcomes, at least 3 years on developer-facing or infrastructure products (developer platforms, CI/CD, workflow systems, APIs, infrastructure-as-code). You've taken an agentic or LLM product to production and can discuss tool design, evaluations, and failure modes. You've owned a platform, API, or extensibility surface and understand versioning, auth, and governance trade-offs. Proven ability to take products from zero to GA. Experience shipping into enterprise engineering organizations where developers adopt and platform/engineering leaders buy. Strong technical foundation for credible collaboration with engineers. Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight. Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and industry engagements.
Bonus: Experience with automation/orchestration products (CI, data pipelines, RPA, agent frameworks), pricing strategy, licensing models, onboarding funnels, open-core business models, startup and larger-scale organizations, or external representation through talks or writing.
