As a Senior Product Engineer, you will build production software that transforms how the world's largest asset class changes hands. You'll move property transactions away from manual document review toward automated AI solutions that think like real estate lawyers. This is not an execution-only role—you'll use professional judgment to direct product development and shape the foundations of the company's next growth phase.
Key responsibilities include: building and shipping production-quality features; working closely with a small engineering team on design and delivery; using AI coding agents to generate, iterate, and refine code while maintaining high standards; working with a modern stack (TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Python); contributing to technical design decisions across new features; and helping improve engineering practices through AI-assisted development and modern tooling.
You'll have genuine influence over what gets built. Your work directly impacts professionals and individuals navigating property transactions, helping them understand deals before incurring massive legal fees. The platform currently handles over 1 trillion tokens and aims to scale from processing 200,000 transactions to transforming the entire industry.
The ideal candidate has deep conviction that AI will reshape industries and wants to build at that frontier. You should have evidence of reaching high excellence in professional, academic, or personal domains. A generalist mindset with willingness to work across product, design, and AI boundaries is essential. Experience building modern agentic systems or reasoning through complex ML products is required. You should have a track record with products generating millions in ARR with high growth, rapid career progression (e.g., junior to senior in under five years), and the ability to critique AI-generated output with high technical standards.
