Payoneer, founded in 2005, is a global financial platform serving over 2,500 colleagues and customers in 190+ countries. The company is transforming into an AI-native organization where AI powers product creation, software development, business operations, and customer service.
You will lead product strategy for Payoneer's Core AI Platform—the foundational AI operating layer enabling trusted, scalable AI across Product, Engineering, and Business functions. This is one of the company's most strategic product leadership roles.
Key responsibilities:
**Shape the AI Platform Vision & Strategy**
- Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core AI Platform
- Continuously identify platform opportunities that accelerate AI adoption across the company
- Act as a thought leader in AI, shaping how Payoneer leverages the evolving AI ecosystem
**Lead Cross-Functional Partnerships**
- Partner closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, and Business
- Define platform strategy and establish reusable patterns that accelerate AI adoption
- Make strategic build, buy, partner, and integrate decisions to combine internal capabilities with best-in-class external technologies
**Drive Strategic Outcomes**
The Core AI Platform enables three strategic outcomes: transforming how products are built, enabling every business function to redesign and automate workflows through AI, and creating agentic customer experiences across Payoneer's products.
