Key responsibilities include owning the full UX design process from discovery research through high-fidelity prototyping, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive design decisions, and creating pixel-perfect designs using iCapital's Design System. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to shape and iterate on product enhancements, manage multiple concurrent requests, and present work confidently to all levels of the organization.
