Uniti AI is building AI-native software interfaces for real estate operations. The company provides a platform where customers configure, monitor, and operate AI agents across voice, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and email channels, plus real-time web chat experiences for end users interacting with these agents.
As Senior Product Designer, you will shape the UX and interaction patterns for both the operational platform (used by teams managing AI agents) and the end-user interfaces (where people interact with AI directly). This is a high-impact role focused on product UX, interaction design, workflows, usability, and interface innovation at a time when AI-native software patterns are still evolving.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design core product workflows across the Uniti platform, including agent configuration, reporting, monitoring, analytics, and operational tooling
- Design polished, high-quality AI interaction experiences for web chat products
- Help define interaction patterns and best practices for AI-native and agentic software
- Conduct customer interviews and usability sessions to understand workflows and friction points
- Prototype and iterate rapidly in Figma and modern design tools
- Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation
- Contribute to product direction and roadmap discussions
- Stay current with emerging interface patterns and evolving user expectations around AI products
You should have 7+ years of digital product design experience, with strong SaaS or operational software background. Exceptional product intuition, visual and interaction design skills, and Figma mastery are essential. You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments, can simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfaces, and communicate effectively with customers, engineers, and founders. Experience with AI-native products, frontend knowledge (HTML/CSS/React), interactive prototyping beyond mockups, and startup environments are valued but not required. You should be highly curious about AI products and the future of software interfaces.
