You'll join as Senior Product Designer to build a new product area from the ground up: a deals marketplace, loyalty program, and cashback features integrated into Tabby's consumer app. This is a high-ownership role where you'll shape design direction from concept through production and see your work reach millions of users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design a new product area (deals marketplace, loyalty, cashback) largely from scratch, from concept to production-ready UI
- Develop deep understanding of product logic and business context behind every feature
- Work closely with Product Manager to unpack requirements, reframe problems, and create solutions that drive business metrics while delivering genuine user value
- Collaborate with UX Researchers to validate hypotheses and ground decisions in user insights
- Partner with UX Writer on clear, consistent product communication
- Work hand-in-hand with engineering throughout delivery, owning quality of shipped work
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years product design experience, including consumer products at scale
- Strong product thinking: balance business goals and user needs equally
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from problem framing to production-ready UI
- Experience in cross-functional teams (PMs, researchers, writers, engineers)
- High craft standards in visual and interaction design with attention to detail
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to structure zero-to-one product spaces
- Proficiency with AI tools to optimize workflow
Nice-to-have experience includes e-commerce, marketplaces, loyalty programs, fintech products, UX research methods, and design systems.
