Magic Eden is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design of Dicey, a crypto-native casino and sportsbook platform targeting the $180B+ iGaming and sports betting markets. This is a hands-on role for a high-craft practitioner who will serve as the primary designer for the sports betting platform, translating novel crypto concepts into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
You will define and drive the overall product design vision and strategy for the sports suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Key responsibilities include leading the design of major features with direct hands-on work (user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes), collaborating closely with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmaps and prioritization, and elevating the team through mentorship and design critiques. You'll establish design processes that fit a fast-paced environment and operate in an AI-native workflow, leveraging tools like Cursor and Claude Code to build, test, and ship high-fidelity functional prototypes at extreme velocity.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of product design experience with a proven track record at senior level (Senior, Lead, or Principal) with experience mentoring other designers
- Basic understanding of crypto required; foundational grasp of wallets, transactions, and how to design for decentralized platforms
- Deep enthusiasm for sports; genuine passion for sports betting or sports market mechanics highly desirable
- Compelling portfolio showcasing exceptional, recent hands-on design work and ability to lead complex projects, reflecting high visual craft and strategic thinking
- "Builder" mindset with track record of operating autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to lead projects that simplify highly complex concepts into intuitive user experiences
- Expert proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
- Demonstrated experience or high comfort with AI coding tools and LLM workflows for rapid interactive interface prototyping
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio submission required
