ServiceNow is seeking a Product Designer to join its Product Design team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on creating innovative design solutions that transform how people work globally, with a particular emphasis on AI integration into workflows and decision-making processes.
In this position, you will develop end-to-end product design solutions and high-fidelity detailed designs. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering and product management teams from the outset, collaborating in a supportive environment where design has an intentional seat at the table. Your responsibilities include driving product design solutions, presenting ideas, soliciting feedback, and reviewing colleagues' proposals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of relevant design experience (internships included)
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design solutions, including identifying user needs, creating solutions, and validating with end users
- Experience with design tools to create feature-level interactive designs, wireframes, and/or visual design solutions
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency)
- Preferred: Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Growth mindset that actively seeks learning opportunities
- Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication
