Salary: USD 166,000 - 195,000 / annual
Robinhood is building a prediction markets platform that lets customers engage with real-world events in dynamic, meaningful ways. The Prediction Markets team is creating an entirely new asset class and is one of the fastest-growing, most strategically important areas of the business.
As Senior Product Designer for Sports, you will own end-to-end design for the sports vertical within Prediction Markets—from early concept through live launch. You'll shape how fans experience sports trading flows, amplifier events, and engagement features tied to the biggest moments in sports. This is zero-to-one work with executive visibility, real stakes, and an audience genuinely excited about what you're building.
You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and operations partners, navigating ambiguity, moving with speed, and delivering experiences that connect sports culture with a new category of financial product. The role requires designing sports trading flows and engagement features that translate complex financial mechanics into intuitive, exciting experiences for fans. You'll turn first-of-its-kind challenges into clear, elegant product experiences, bringing structure to spaces where the playbook doesn't exist yet. You'll incorporate feedback from senior leadership and stakeholders thoughtfully, iterating quickly without losing quality or vision.
This role is based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Robinhood believes in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community.
Compensation includes performance-driven base pay with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching. Benefits include 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents, access to the Robinhood Employee Fund, access to top-tier AI tools, a lifestyle wallet for wellness and learning, employer-paid life and disability insurance, fertility benefits, mental health benefits, and flexible time off including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, and parental leave.

- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders, and make confident design decisions
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to work well with product, engineering, and operations partners and align diverse perspectives toward shared outcomes
- Proficiency in Figma and openness to integrating AI tools into design workflow
- Genuine love for sports (whether tracking stats, following teams, or enjoying game-day energy); no formal sports design experience required, but appreciation for fan experience is essential
