As Product Designer, you will shape how developers interact with AI-powered tools. You'll work closely with engineers and customers to translate complex technical workflows into intuitive, beautiful experiences. Your responsibilities include owning product design from early concepts through final polish, exploring novel interfaces for AI-assisted workflows, and evolving Greptile's design system while maintaining high standards for craft and usability. You'll bring creativity and personality to the product through distinctive visuals, motion, and interactions, and help define the next generation of developer interfaces.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of product design experience, including at a fast-growing startup
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft, interaction design, and product thinking
- Ability to make complex technical concepts feel intuitive
- Curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment with new design approaches
- Strong collaboration skills and ownership mindset on fast-moving teams
- Fluency in Figma and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (Claude Code, Codex, Figma MCP, or Paper MCP)
