As Senior Product Designer for the Mortgage Delinquency Team, you will define user experiences for homeowners facing financial hardship and create tools for servicing agents. You'll own zero-to-one product experiences across the full design lifecycle—research, prototyping, testing, and delivery—while navigating complex edge cases and regulatory compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities include designing user journeys and high-fidelity designs that balance business goals with regulatory constraints; collaborating with product managers, engineers, legal experts, and stakeholders; championing user-centered design principles; mentoring junior designers; and evolving the design system for consistency across products.
