KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience for KAYAK for Business (K4B), their corporate travel shopping platform. You will work within an agile product design team, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to create web and mobile experiences that balance business goals, technical constraints, and customer needs. Key responsibilities include: owning design work end-to-end with full autonomy and accountability; interfacing with cross-functional teams and customers to gather insights; rapidly producing multiple concepts and prototypes; applying systems thinking to scalable design solutions; conducting qualitative user research and translating findings into actionable improvements; facilitating alignment with stakeholders through clear communication of design rationale and success criteria; and influencing strategic product direction through thoughtful iteration on proposed solutions. You bring 6+ years of B2B or B2C product design experience with mastery of UX and interaction design principles. You understand the full product development lifecycle and can ship features in a fast-moving, experimental environment. You excel at breaking down complex problems, communicating clearly to mixed audiences, and are human-centered in your approach—experienced in usability studies, user research, and experimentation frameworks. You're proficient with modern design tools, prototyping platforms, and AI tools; have strong accessibility and inclusive design knowledge; and hold a Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field. You're self-directed, detail-oriented, curious, and adaptable. The role requires working from the Berlin office at least 3 days per week. KAYAK offers 6 weeks paid vacation, flexible remote work (up to 20 days/year), mental health support, paid parental leave, career development resources, travel discounts, and a vibrant office culture in Friedrichshain.
