Rubrik, a publicly traded Security and AI Operations company with $1.57B in ARR, is seeking a Senior Product Designer II to join its 60-person design team at the Bangalore center of excellence. This is a core hire to help scale Rubrik's product experience and establish the company as a benchmark for enterprise design.
You will champion the design process across all stages—from user research and flows to wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual assets. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver consumer-grade design in the enterprise space. Key responsibilities include producing comprehensive design deliverables, cultivating customer relationships to ensure designs reflect user needs, contributing to the design system and language, and collaborating with UI engineers on precise implementations.
The role requires 5+ years of hands-on design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design expertise. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Design (Product, Industrial, etc.), with a Master's in CS or HCI preferred. You'll need excellent presentation skills, cross-functional collaboration ability, and a passion for solving complex design problems. The ideal candidate is proactive, values understanding over being right, and is committed to doing things the right way consistently across the product.
