ezCater is the #1 food tech platform for workplaces in the US, enabling organizations to manage food needs and order from over 125,000 restaurants nationwide. As Senior Product Designer on the Funnel Conversion pod, you will own the end-to-end experience that converts customer intent into completed orders—from menu browsing and item selection through cart, checkout, and group ordering.
You will design across the full menu-to-checkout journey, ensuring a seamless experience rather than disconnected surfaces. Key responsibilities include partnering with Product and Analytics on experimentation to identify and remove friction points, designing for the complexity of both single-order and group-order checkout flows, and raising the bar on interaction, systems, and visual design through user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. You will contribute to and advocate for the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all customer touchpoints.
You will facilitate alignment across disciplines by running workshops, critiques, and working sessions that help Product, Engineering, and Analytics converge on investment priorities. You will use AI-powered tools to accelerate the design process and help the broader team adopt them effectively.
Required qualifications include 5+ years as a product, UX, or interaction designer with visual/graphic design experience. You must be comfortable designing systems, not just screens, and have a demonstrated ability to independently identify opportunities, frame ambiguous problems, and influence product direction. You should have a track record of shaping what teams work on and solving clearly framed problems with measurable outcomes. Proficiency with Figma, Claude design, and prototyping tools is essential, along with experience contributing to a robust design system. Strong storytelling, communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills are critical. You must be able to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings and company events.
