Salary: USD 200,000 - 265,000 / annual

You'll join as Senior Product Designer reporting to the Director of Product Design, working horizontally across the organization. This Foundations role focuses on raising the overall craft and quality of the product experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Raise product craft across the dashboard and recipient experience, including navigation, information architecture, empty states, motion, micro-interactions, and transitions
- Own and evolve the design system, setting clear patterns and documentation for other designers while closing gaps that lead to one-off UI solutions
- Set a vision for product foundations—defining where craft, UX, and UI should go to compete with best-in-class products like Stripe or Brex, making that vision concrete and buildable
- Cover design work for pods without embedded designers, handling small projects across the organization
- Partner with a dedicated engineer to ship craft work, using AI tools to prototype, demonstrate interactions, and guide implementation
- Own copy in your designs

Requirements:
- 8+ years as a product designer with B2B product experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle product thinking: edge cases, shipping work that holds up in real products
- High craft: strong visual design, UI, and motion skills (portfolio required)
- Proven experience owning and improving a design system
- Experience with information architecture and setting product vision or leading redesigns
- Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills
- Proficiency using AI in design work, including prototyping tools (v0, Claude, Cursor, or similar)
