Nelly is building an AI-driven financial operating system for European healthcare, transforming administrative workflows from patient care to billing and payments. The company has raised over €50 million in Series B funding and is scaling rapidly across Berlin.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will own end-to-end UX for a specific product area, driving the full lifecycle from discovery through shipped features. You'll work directly with product managers and engineers to move core metrics like conversion and task completion through thoughtful UX design. You'll also contribute to evolving Nelly's design system and design language to ensure consistency across the platform as the team scales.
You bring 3+ years of product design experience, with some exposure to scale-up or high-growth environments. You're comfortable with end-to-end design craft—UX flows, interaction design, and polished UI—and can own ambiguity in a fast-moving startup without extensive hand-holding. You're a strong collaborator who can work from problem statement to shipped product, and you actively contribute to and help evolve design systems rather than simply using them.
