Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of decentralized finance (DeFi) experiences. You'll drive product vision and execution across DeFi initiatives including Robinhood Chain, Robinhood Wallet, and related products, working closely with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and cross-functional partners to ship best-in-class experiences.
In this role, you'll own design end-to-end: partner with product to define problems, validate solutions, and ship experiences that change how customers interact with crypto. You'll bring clarity to complexity by simplifying intricate crypto concepts into intuitive interfaces. You'll help set the standard for design quality and product excellence across the team, and leverage AI as a core tool in your design workflow—using it to explore problem spaces, surface edge cases, and generate early prototypes while you guide intent, structure, and quality.
You'll need strong product design experience working on complex, consumer-facing products with end-to-end ownership. Active use of AI in your design workflow is essential. You should have solid systems thinking, balancing detail with the big picture, and experience partnering with engineering, product, research, legal, and compliance in highly regulated environments. Deep crypto knowledge or fluency is preferred but not required.
The role is based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Robinhood emphasizes the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community.
