Salary: USD 180,370 - 212,200 / annual
Coinbase's Financial Services & Loyalty team is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design of Coinbase One (CB1), a membership product with 1M+ paid subscribers. You will shape the member experience across mobile and web, driving a P0 member home redesign that creates a persistent, personalized destination for subscribers.
Key responsibilities include designing engagement surfaces and retention flows that reduce churn, creating campaign expressions (Member Month/Week) and gamification mechanics (streaks, challenges) to increase benefit attach rates, and designing discovery surfaces that drive subscriber value. You'll partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to shape roadmap, scope, and ship high-quality features at velocity, while collaborating with Product Creative on visual expression and campaign design.
As a senior individual contributor, you'll contribute to design critiques, peer reviews, and strengthen team culture. The role requires end-to-end product design ownership from strategy through execution, with demonstrated ability to ship iteratively in ambiguous problem spaces while maintaining a cohesive long-term vision.
