Justworks is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of their Benefits experience, helping scale solutions that provide peace of mind to admins, members, and families. The Benefits team focuses on delivering enterprise-level benefits access—including health insurance, financial savings tools, and life event support—to businesses that wouldn't otherwise have access to such offerings.
In this role, you will own design experiences across the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and conceptualization through delivery and launch. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, researchers, marketers, data scientists, and engineers to identify and solve complex design problems. Your work will involve conducting user research, testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions; validating concepts through rapid prototyping and experimentation; and ensuring high-quality implementation with engineering partners.
You'll contribute to shaping Justworks' internal design system, balancing consistency and efficiency. As a senior designer, you'll also mentor and guide less-experienced designers on shared efforts. The role emphasizes systems thinking and craft—you're comfortable working independently through the design process while excelling in cross-functional collaboration. You balance user empathy and attention to detail with practical outcomes, translating complex workflows and user journeys into elegant, delightful solutions.
