You'll join the B2B Lifecycle team as a Senior Product Designer, owning the end-to-end experience for business partners from initial onboarding through full activation. This role sits at the intersection of complexity and clarity: you'll transform document-heavy, regulated financial processes into seamless, intuitive flows that guide partners through submission, verification, approval, and product activation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing end-to-end onboarding and activation flows for business partners, ensuring a clear path from first entry to fully activated accounts
- Simplifying complex, regulated processes (KYC, verification, multi-step approvals) into transparent, guided experiences with meaningful feedback
- Creating the activation experience for financial products, helping partners understand available options and derive maximum value
- Designing tools for partner self-service management of organizational structure, teams, roles, and permissions
- Collaborating closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements into solutions serving both organizational and partner needs
- Working with UX Researchers to validate assumptions with real users and with UX Writers to make formal content genuinely readable
- Partnering with engineering throughout delivery to ensure production quality
You bring 5+ years of product design experience with demonstrated expertise in complex, logic-heavy products. You excel at systems thinking—comfortable with multi-step flows, edge cases, state management, and rules. You have a proven ability to simplify dense, formal, regulated processes into intuitive experiences. Strong product thinking means you understand both business context and user needs equally well. Your portfolio demonstrates end-to-end ownership from problem framing through polished, production-ready UI. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration with product, research, writing, and engineering teams, and you maintain high craft standards.
Nice-to-have experience includes B2B SaaS, admin panels, fintech, KYC/verification flows, roles and permissions design, or design system contribution.
