The Design team combines product designers and brand/marketing designers united by a shared belief in respect, creativity, and financial empowerment. The team operates on four core principles: being supportive (removing unnecessary elements and revealing information progressively), creating delight (engaging, enjoyable experiences with strong visuals and thoughtful copy), acting universal (designing smart, adaptive experiences), and being authentic (bringing diverse perspectives and speaking plainly).
As a Product Designer, you will own design activities across multiple areas: launching and improving features for customer registration, authentication, account management, and payments—with a focus on leveraging AI to simplify complex interactions. You'll also improve internal customer-service and operations tools. You'll lead rapid prototyping using generative and agentic tools to turn concepts into testable prototypes, while supporting larger end-to-end design discovery and delivery under guidance from senior design peers.
You'll maintain quality and ethical standards by validating quickly, iterating based on qualitative research and operational metrics, and ensuring AI-generated work meets high ethical and quality benchmarks. You'll collaborate proactively with product managers, engineers, and data specialists to design and ship high-quality experiences, and partner with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into compelling design solutions.
