As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design projects from ideation through implementation on one of the company's most impactful products, shaping the future of healthcare technology and influencing how providers reach patients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading and delivering design projects of significant scope and complexity, designing and iterating quickly to support product decisions and executive reviews, and communicating design rationale clearly to cross-functional partners and stakeholders. You'll tackle complex workflows and data-rich experiences, translating them into intuitive, usable interfaces. You'll act as a design leader within the team, bringing valuable insights to design critiques and cross-functional meetings, while staying current with design trends, tools, and best practices. You'll contribute to the development of design and research guidelines and standards, ensuring their adherence throughout the process. This role requires strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding junior designers. Successful candidates have 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating craft, clear thinking, and business impact. A BA/BS in design or related field (interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial) or equivalent practical experience is required. You should have a proven ability to operate effectively with senior stakeholders, strong instincts for high-quality iterations in fast-moving contexts, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience designing for consumer marketplaces, complex workflows, or B2B tooling is a plus. The role is based in Soho, New York, with a flexible hybrid work environment. Benefits include unlimited vacation, 100% paid employee health benefits (medical, dental, vision), commuter benefits, 401(k) with employer match, and corporate wellness programs.
