As a Senior Product Designer, you will drive the user experience and design direction for one of their most impactful products, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare technology.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading design projects from ideation through implementation, managing significant scope and complexity while ensuring high-quality outcomes. You'll design and iterate rapidly to support product decisions and executive reviews, communicate design rationale persuasively to cross-functional partners and stakeholders, and tackle complex workflows and data-rich experiences to create intuitive, usable interfaces. You'll act as a design leader within the team, bringing valuable insights to design critiques and cross-functional meetings, while staying current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
You'll contribute to developing design and research guidelines and standards, ensuring adherence throughout the design process. This role requires strong mentoring and guidance of junior designers, demonstrating proven leadership skills and a track record of elevating team capabilities.
Successful candidates bring 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating craft, clear thinking, and business impact. You should have a BA/BS in design or related field (interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial) or equivalent practical experience. You'll operate effectively with senior stakeholders, incorporate feedback into high-quality outcomes, and possess strong instincts for rapid iteration in fast-moving contexts. Experience designing consumer marketplaces, complex workflows, ads, or B2B marketing tooling is a plus.
You excel at user-centered design principles, research methodologies, visual design, and interaction design best practices. Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, excellent communication, and a growth mindset are essential.
