As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of best-in-class web and mobile tools within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to craft intuitive, elegant user experiences—from defining product vision through pixel-perfect execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating in agile sprints with quick ideation, prototyping, and iteration cycles
- Developing product strategies aligned with customer needs and company vision
- Creating comprehensive UX/UI deliverables from low-fidelity wireframes to final designs
- Mentoring junior designers and elevating team design standards
- Serving as project lead, co-owning outcomes with product and engineering partners
- Managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder relationships
- Conducting user research on key initiatives
- Fostering a collaborative design culture through brainstorming and feedback sessions
You bring 6+ years of product or mobile design experience, a strong portfolio demonstrating visual and interaction design excellence, and a Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or equivalent. You're proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator), experienced with animated visuals and interactive design, and driven to solve complex problems with simple, elegant solutions. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration and have proven creative problem-solving skills.
