vCluster Labs is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape how engineers experience the vCluster Platform, a leading AI infrastructure solution trusted by the world's fastest-growing AI cloud builders. You'll be the voice for user experience, partnering closely with frontend engineering teams to transform complex, ambiguous technical problems into intuitive, polished interfaces.
In this role, you will:
- Design and deliver polished UI for the vCluster Platform from early concept through pixel-perfect execution, ensuring clarity and aesthetic excellence.
- Partner day-to-day with frontend engineers to scope and execute design work, while maintaining close collaboration with backend engineering to understand technical feasibility.
- Conduct research and discovery through UX studies, competitive analysis, and other methods to understand how proposed solutions impact user experience.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into clear design direction through stakeholder alignment with product and engineering leadership.
- Maintain brand consistency by working with Brand Designers to ensure product visuals align with vCluster Labs' brand identity.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B product design experience, specifically designing UI or product experiences for B2B products used by engineers, DevOps, or platform teams.
- Technical fluency: ability to understand complex software engineering concepts through research, demonstrated interest, or personal experience.
- User-centric design approach with clear focus on understanding specific user needs.
- Strong visual design sense with ability to create clear, aesthetically pleasing interfaces aligned with modern UI patterns.
- Willingness to learn highly technical subject matter, including reading technical documentation and independent experimentation.
- Strong communication skills: ability to structure clear presentations, defend design decisions to stakeholders, and question assumptions constructively.
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience designing for cloud providers, DevOps tools, Kubernetes, or other engineer-facing infrastructure products.
- Startup experience in early-stage organizations where you function autonomously.
