As a Senior Product Designer, you will define solutions that bring consumer-grade UX to finance teams' daily workflows. You'll lead end-to-end design projects in close collaboration with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation. Your responsibilities include creating flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma, Cursor, and Claude; planning and conducting user research and usability testing; owning the design system to enable efficient feature delivery; contributing to product strategy and direction decisions; and collaborating with Marketing on brand design coherence.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design
- Demonstrated curiosity about people's problems and drive to develop best-in-class solutions
- Track record of shipping high-impact product work in B2B or complex workflows
- Proficiency with AI capabilities in design work
- Portfolio that clearly explains context, constraints, decisions, and impact
- Alignment with Upflow's operating principles
