Salary: USD 170,000 - 250,000 / annual

Pylon is an agentic support platform purpose-built for B2B companies, enabling human-agent collaboration on customer work across multiple channels. The platform enriches interactions with account-level context, automates low-impact work, and surfaces answers proactively. In this Product Designer role, you will be a core member of the design team working directly with cofounders and product managers. You'll own the full design lifecycle from problem discovery through high-fidelity execution. Key responsibilities include: - Deliver production-ready designs within 7 days of project kickoff - Conduct deep dives into customer problems and feedback to inform design decisions - Collaborate iteratively with product and engineering throughout development (no waterfall approach) - Navigate both problem and solution spaces with cofounders and peers - Facilitate constructive decision-making when opinions differ - Define broad user flows for new features - Create high-fidelity mockups and thoughtful UI/UX solutions - Contribute to and evolve the design system alongside the existing design team (Wendy, Ben, Natasha, Oliver) and engineering partners - Validate design choices using analytics data You'll work in-person in San Francisco with a growing team of 90, collaborating closely with a talented group of designers and engineers.
