Salary: USD 130,000 - 188,000 / annual
SeatGeek is modernizing the live events ticketing industry with a fan-first approach. The UX team is seeking a Senior Designer to lead design strategy and execution across the platform, working with fans, sellers, teams, and artists.
In this role, you will:
- Conduct deep research into user needs, motivations, and behaviors across multiple stakeholder groups (fans, sellers, teams, artists)
- Define and execute design strategies that balance speed with quality, driving both optimization work and 0-1 product development
- Own end-to-end design craft from strategy through launch, demonstrating thought leadership across the organization
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, product marketing, and customer success teams
- Improve component systems and design infrastructure to ensure consistency and quality across the platform
- Apply systems thinking, experimentation, and data-driven approaches to solve complex problems
- Connect disparate product verticals into a cohesive vision for the platform
You will work with a 4+ hour overlap with the 9:30am–5:30pm East Coast workday, with flexibility to work fully remote or in-office as preferred.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional design experience
- Excellent design craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Understanding of technical and logistical challenges in live event experiences
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Mindset of a challenger, changemaker, and innovator
- Passion for live experiences and events
- Ability to maintain 4+ hours overlap with East Coast business hours
