In this Senior Product Designer role, you will own the design of core user journeys across the product, from initial flows through polished UI implementation. You'll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to implement new features and refine existing ones, bringing clarity to complex user experiences as the product evolves and scales. You'll create and maintain a clean, modern visual language inspired by tools like Notion and powered by Tailwind CSS. Working alongside the Head of Design, you'll help articulate and evolve Mercor's design philosophy and culture. A key responsibility is tutorializing the product experience—ensuring users understand what to do intuitively without explicit instruction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both visual polish and UX depth
- Passion for building intuitive, beautiful, and delightful products
- 4–8 years of product design experience, ideally at fast-moving startups or high-bar product teams
- Experience working closely with engineers and understanding implementation constraints
- Proven ability to operate autonomously
- Bonus: Experience building AI-driven products or marketplaces
