Unify is building an AI-native outbound platform that helps revenue teams identify buyers, enrich account data from 40+ sources, and execute personalized multi-channel outreach. The company has recently hired senior leadership and completed architectural work to unlock new product opportunities.
As Senior Product Designer, you will lead one of Unify's core product areas and help shape the design culture of an early-stage, high-velocity product organization. You'll drive product strategy in close collaboration with leadership, defining outcomes and roadmaps for your area and the broader platform.
Key responsibilities include: owning a core product area end-to-end from user research through design and delivery; simplifying a complex, multi-primitive platform (data, signals, actions, sequencing, AI assistance) into coherent mental models and workflows for GTM teams; designing AI-first workflows that enhance prospecting, prioritization, personalization, and follow-through without replacing human judgment; becoming an expert in go-to-market workflows through regular user research; and mentoring a small, talented design team while raising design standards across the organization.
You'll work in a high-trust, fast-paced environment where you see your work materialize quickly. The role requires system-level thinking, strong business acumen, and the ability to break down ambiguous problems into manageable chunks. You'll have unparalleled access to users and the opportunity to rapidly loop research insights back into product decisions.
The position is hybrid, requiring in-person presence 3 days per week in either San Francisco or New York. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of product design experience, thrive in small teams, think strategically about metrics and outcomes, and lead by example with high standards and genuine care for their teammates.
