Unframe is an AI-first startup enabling enterprises to deploy LLM-powered applications in days rather than months. The company has secured over $100M in TCV within 12 months and recently closed a $50M Series B led by Highland Europe, with backing from Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners. They work with Fortune 500 customers to accelerate AI system deployment. As a Senior Product Designer, you will design intuitive enterprise products for complex AI-powered workflows. You'll own projects end-to-end, from early-stage ideation through launch and ongoing iteration. Your work will directly impact how enterprises interact with sophisticated AI systems. Key responsibilities include: - Designing end-to-end workflows for enterprise and AI-powered products - Translating complex business and technical requirements into simple, elegant user experiences - Creating data-heavy interfaces that make sense of complex information - Producing high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma - Contributing to and improving the company's Design System - Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and customers to validate ideas and ship rapidly - Identifying product gaps and helping shape better solutions You should have 4+ years of experience designing complex web-based products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, sophisticated workflows, and polished UX/UI. Experience with enterprise, B2B, internal tools, or data-heavy products is essential. You'll need strong Figma and Design System skills, the ability to own ambiguous problems from discovery through delivery, and a pragmatic, collaborative design approach. Nice-to-have experience includes work on AI products, automation, developer tools, CRMs, or BI platforms; familiarity with roles, permissions, approvals, and audit logs; and direct experience working with enterprise customers.
