You'll join the Admin Services team as a Senior Product Designer, working on financial management products that are central to how small businesses operate. This team is in a major growth phase with significant investment in product development, product-led growth, and international expansion. Key responsibilities include: - Embed in a cross-functional squad, partnering throughout the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration - Conduct user research, run moderated sessions, and leverage analytics to deeply understand SME needs - Design engaging experiences across mobile and web, evolving concepts from early prototypes to high-fidelity mockups - Contribute to the Tide Design System, ensuring consistency and world-class experiences - Support the design process by estimating effort, tracking to OKRs, and measuring impact on members - Collaborate with product, engineering, and design peers to solve complex problems and troubleshoot technical issues Required qualifications: - 4+ years designing digital products for web and mobile in product design or UX roles - Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX, interaction, and visual design with measurable impact - Experience running moderated user research sessions - Ability to design complex products and collaborate effectively cross-functionally - Proficiency in Figma and understanding of design systems and accessibility - Clear communication skills and pragmatic approach to trade-offs Benefits include 25 days paid leave, 3 volunteer/L&D days, €500 annual L&D budget, work-from-home setup budget, mental wellness platform, WFH equipment allowance, and share options.
