As Senior Product Designer, you will own end-to-end design for products across mobile and web platforms, working within a lean design team of 2. You'll identify design opportunities, create solutions, collaborate directly with engineering and product teams, and ship iteratively. Your focus will be designing mobile-first experiences that scale to web, leveraging AI tools to accelerate your workflow. You'll transform complex SMB workflows into intuitive, elegant user journeys and maintain a design system across platforms. You'll work closely with customers, stay connected to user feedback, and partner with PM, engineering, and growth teams to ship fast without compromising quality.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong mobile app design experience (B2C preferred, B2B acceptable)
- Proficiency designing for both mobile and web platforms
- Proven track record shipping products with real user traction
- Ability to own the full design cycle autonomously
- Demonstrated skill simplifying complex workflows into intuitive flows
- Ability to ship fast without compromising quality
- Experience leveraging AI tools in design workflow
- Product-minded with understanding of business impact
- Self-directed decision-making and initiative-taking
- Use of data and user insights to inform design decisions
- Fluent in English
- Startup environment experience
