Tandem Health is reimagining healthcare by building a clinician-first platform with intuitive medical notes and workflows. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead end-to-end design work—from user research and ideation through execution—shaping how clinicians and patients interact with the healthcare system.
You'll conduct user interviews to distill insights into actionable product decisions, partner closely with engineering to ensure designs align with technical constraints, and collaborate across product and leadership teams to inform strategy. The role emphasizes rapid iteration and learning: you'll share early work frequently (sketches to prototypes), gather feedback, and contribute to both product direction and polished interaction/visual design.
You bring proven experience designing digital products with a strong user-centered focus, a compelling UX/UI portfolio, and proficiency in Figma and design systems. You're comfortable leading user research and usability testing, managing diverse cross-functional feedback, and thinking strategically while sweating design details. You thrive in ambiguity and evolving problem spaces, and you're energized by fast-moving teams and short iteration cycles.
Bonus experience includes early-stage startup work and software engineering/prototyping skills. This is an in-office role based in Tandem's Stockholm HQ (Epicenter building), where collaboration and culture-building are prioritized. The company is seed-funded, fast-scaling, and backed by top investors, with a global team that convenes regularly in Sweden.
