As Senior Product Designer, you will lead all design efforts for a cross-functional team, translating complex technical and business problems into clean, user-centric solutions. You'll own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and problem definition through validation and implementation. Your responsibilities include conducting user research, competitive analysis, and iterating on product concepts to align with business needs and stakeholder expectations.
You will work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented effectively, collaborate with the design system team, and contribute to a coherent user experience across the platform. You'll be the voice of UX and design standards in a cross-functional setting, applying design thinking to highly technical domains involving complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
The role requires 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or similarly complex technical domains. You should have proven experience leading design for a product area or team, strong systems thinking, and the ability to translate technical requirements into scalable user experiences. Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive discovery with Product and Engineering are essential.
Ideal candidates will have experience designing agentic interfaces, strong technical understanding for engineering discussions, startup/scale-up experience, and interest in fintech.
